The 1 cup of salt thing was part of the recipe for the paula deen seasoning she always uses. You season the meat to your liking with the paula deen season. I hope people werent putting a cup of salt on their meat lol
I do something very similar but I also put in some jalapenos for heat. I also cook the meat first and put in the veggies last and just let them heat up and not cook all the way. That way they are still crispy and add some texture variety.
Thanks. I never knew what to use oyster sauce on. Props to your camera person too. Doing a good job

OMG. I can’t wait to try this. I’ve made this dish before, but the ARGO and the Oyster sauce placed a new spin on it. It looks delicious. You really can find your way around a kitchen quite nicely. Thanks for the hair tips AND the cooking lessons.

don't know if you'll find the Paula Deen Screencaps and Recaps as funny as I do, but check out the link for in all her “excess.” Oh, Paula Deen! (This might be where a Geographic/Generational difference kicks in… I like my television with a side-order or wry commentary. But also on TVGasm: The great Giada Sorbet Disaster: my personal favorite: Lentil Loaf: hope you enjoyed them as much as I did.
